Refund & Return Policy

Every BLH Merch item is made to order, which means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll absolutely work to make it right.

Please email support@blhmerch.com as soon as possible after receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once we receive the information, we’ll review the issue and let you know the next steps.

Please Double-Check Your Size

Sizing charts and product measurements are provided on each product page. Because our products are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, please take a moment to review the size chart and measurements before placing your order.

If you’re between sizes or unsure about the fit, we recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item you already own.
